Yes, Lilypad Stays hold a security deposit, usually £250, on your card before arrival. This is fully refundable on departure, assuming no issues of course. Please check out our Rental Agreement for information.
We offer easy self check-in with a lockbox. You’ll receive lockbox details via email before your stay.
Please return the keys to the lockbox as outlined in your check-out instructions.
Check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. We may be able to arrange early check-in or late check-out upon request.
